1. order status

When you place your order, we will send a confirmation email with all your details. As soon as your order heads out the door for shipping, you’ll receive another email notifying you of the shipment, which will include the tracking number.

If you wisely created an account with us at or prior to checkout, you’ll have access to check on your order’s status at any time when you LOGIN using the link located at the top of the navigator. We know you’re going to be anticipating your goods, but give us 24 hours for your tracking info to get updated on our site.


2. International shipping

VanguardSmoke offers free shipping for retail customers within the International on orders below $85, shipped with ePacket.


Our International orders are typically shipped within 48 hours.  Please allow up to 15-30 business days for your order to arrive to take into account local customs policies and postal delivery scheduling. Time depending on the destination. (If you have not received your order within 45 days, please contact us).


ATTENTION: If ePacket., our free shipping option, is chosen please note that your order will be delivered via ePacket. Should you choose our free shipping option, please be aware that deliveries are not guaranteed and cannot be held liable for any lost or delayed orders. Please address all delivery issues with your local post office.



3. 30-day manufacturing warranty

 If your vape kits doesn't work for you, You can make a refund request for a kit through our Customer Service Department, provided that you return the product to the address that we specify within 30 days from your purchase date. This applies only to kits in their original packaging. Misused, damaged or broken products will not be refunded.


Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns are not accepted past 30 days unless approved by a staff member.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please contact us at
