You will receive a shipping confirmation email which will contain your order's tracking information. Track your order by clicking the link found in the shipping confirmation email. Please allow 2 business days to receive your shipment notification email after placing your order.

ATTENTION:
Our International orders are typically shipped within 48 hours. Please allow up to 15-30 business days for your order to arrive to take into account local customs policies and postal delivery scheduling.

3. Shipping Zone:

We only ship some countries in the world. If your country is not listed, maybe because it is forbidden or illegal to import e-cigarette there. We don't send orders within China, as we only do foreign trade.

4.Tax and Customs Duties Handled?

We don't charge any sales tax or export duties. However, if the package is checked by your country's customs office when the item arrives in your country, customers are responsible for import duties, tariffs, and taxes.

We are not responsible for products being confiscated by the Customs in your countries. All customers are responsible to check with your local Customs office for any potential import taxes, duties, and tariffs.
